First Renderings on the 1st day of 2009
THE GALLERY AT BEVERE is situated in the Coach House of a Georgean residence on the outskirts of Worcester surrounded by a beautiful woodland garden.
Although now an established renowned Gallery started by an enthusiastic art group way back in 1972, I am going to start with the arrival of a flock of Sheep ( Six life-like ceramic animals by sculptor Jonathan Barrett-Danes) which arrived just before Christmas. They are very well situated in the garden under a large oak tree for our gallery visitors to enjoy.
Now in 2009 we look forward to many arrivals of exciting artworks to show and sell in our three unique spaces.
Already a large number of exciting boxes have arrived for the Graduate Show starting on 10th January.
Tomorrow our staff will be unpacking and starting to lay out all sorts of pottery, paintings, metal, wood, jewellery and glass work all created by last year's graduates throughout the UK.
